What Was Holding Them Back
Diamond Bar Dental came to us with a problem common to small healthcare practices: they were delivering excellent care but completely invisible online. Their website ranked for almost zero commercial keywords, their Google Business Profile was incomplete, and competitors with lower-quality practices were dominating local search.
Core Web Vitals were failing — Largest Contentful Paint was over 6 seconds on mobile. The site had no schema markup, duplicate title tags across service pages, and zero local citation consistency. Despite being a well-established practice, Google had no reason to trust or rank them.
The practice was generating almost all new patients through word-of-mouth and referrals — a fragile growth model. The owner wanted a predictable, scalable source of new patient enquiries from Google.

How We Solved It
Technical SEO Overhaul
We started with a full technical audit — identifying 47 distinct issues ranging from crawlability problems to Core Web Vitals failures. The site was rebuilt on a faster hosting stack, images were compressed and served in WebP format, and JavaScript rendering issues were resolved.
LCP improved from 6.2 seconds to 1.8 seconds. The site achieved a 96 Lighthouse performance score on mobile — from a previous score of 34.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
The Google Business Profile was completely rebuilt from scratch. Every field was completed with keyword-rich, accurate information. Service pages were added for each dental treatment (cosmetic, implants, emergency, general). Photo uploads were done systematically — exterior, interior, equipment, team.
We audited NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across 40+ local directories and fixed every inconsistency. A citation building campaign added 25 new authoritative local directory listings.
A review acquisition system was set up — after every appointment, patients received a direct review link via SMS. This generated 31 new 5-star reviews in 60 days.
On-Page Optimisation & Content
Every service page was rewritten with proper keyword targeting, E-E-A-T signals, and local intent. New location-specific landing pages were created for surrounding cities (Chino Hills, Walnut, Rowland Heights) — each with unique content addressing local searchers.
A FAQ schema was implemented on all service pages. Structured data for LocalBusiness, MedicalBusiness, Dentist, and Review was added site-wide — giving Google rich information to display in search results.
